| Introduction | I'm a mom of 3 and have been homeschooling for 15 years now, which sounds crazy to me as I type it. Being a mom has brought me so much joy. My oldest two have graduated from homeschooling, and I survived! Jessie, my youngest who has Down syndrome, has recently become a teenager, and is very proud of it. It's just the two of us homeschooling now. I've heard it said, "The days are long, but the years are short." It's so true. Not long ago it seems, I was a mom going crazy with three at home and now things have gotten quieter. The oldest two living at home and going to college and working. Jessie and I homeschooling and enjoying her activities. Now that I've had a little time to adjust, I am enjoying this new season, knowing it, too, will pass as quickly as I can blink. I treasure every moment, thanking God, the giver of all good gifts. |
