I am passionate about giving and preparing foods at their best and for me that means starting with the best whole food ingredients, being seasonal, organic, gluten-free, and as close to the source as possible. I love the challenge of transforming any traditional recipe into one that nourishes the soul. I believe healthy and delicious together, is alchemy. This is my goal. |
