| Introduction | My journey to health has not been easy. There has been many obstacles on my path, including procastination, fears, mental plataeus, hypothyroidism, worry, heartbreak, heartache, loss and the list goes on.......... Last December in my desperation to finally get this weightloss more like lifestyle change journey on the right track I entered a FB video contest, the Year of You for The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge and guess what!!! I was one of the ten BLESSED winners and I will be spending 4 weeks there having my own BL experience focusing on my health. This July 2012 I will be there. I am excited, scared and nervous. |
