| Introduction | At a very young age I always enjoyed cooking. So when I met my late husband and he loved to eat and I loved to cook we were a match made in heaven ... I was in heaven cooking and cooking and he would eat and eat and eat ... enjoying it even when it wasn't so good. So, as I was wondering what to do with the rest of my life I decided to go to Dorsey Culinary School and see what I really had in me. Come to find out I am pretty good at it ... everything but the math part but I am managing OK. This so far has been one of the best experiences of my life ... and I have had many best experiences but this is right up there with the best of them.
