IntroductionHi! All I have to do many times is look carefully at a craft I see, and I can make it myself. Mom started my interest sewing clothes for my dolls at about age 9. In high school most of my clothes were made by me. I was the envy of all my friends. The 70's were fun because tye dying and beading were in fashion and I applied it to clothes and made jewelry to sell in high school. I acquired some real leather, and I made it into one of those fringed hippie vests with beads. I made leather purses and took them to school, where I got so much praise and admiration. Years later I was designing my own products and I opened my own little leather bag company and had my products made by my employees. We sold them all the way from rural Vermont, where I lived, down the east coast into Florida. My creativity florished even more after I had a little girl and a little boy, and I made many of their clothes too. I had such fun making costumes for them growing up, even without many outlets for supplies like we have today. I am glad to share some of my ideas with you, and I hope you can make some too. So please Like me on your facebook page!

You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?

I will avoid having fame go to my head by realizing that God is why I have what I have and to give Him credit.
