| Introduction | I spent 22 years in Siddha Yoga ashrams, serving as a teaching swami in ashrams in Ann Arbor, Chicago, Houston, and Hawaii. Beginning in 1996, I spent 12 years at Rigdzin Ling, part of Chagdud Gonpa Foundation in the Trinity Alps in northern California. In 2008, I moved to the Shiva Ashram in Australia where I spent a year and a half. I am now living near Arcata in northern California teaching meditation and doing healing work. |
