Introduction	I live in Western Massachusetts, land of amazing farms (Hadley asparagus, anyone?), homemade goods, and passionate progressives. There's an exciting locavore/sustainability movement here, which is great fun to support. I'm not a chef -- I read about food and I've taken a class or two. I'm not a farmer -- but I will be starting a garden next year. I'm just trying to eat and spend my dollars responsibly -- maybe you are, too.
