Introduction	I am an Integrative Nutrition Wellness Educator & Coach; specializing in GI and Immune System health. My training & certification is from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition & Columbia University in NYC. I am an accredited member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I Have studied under experts in the forefront of Western and alternative medicine & wellness such as Walter Willett, Andrew Weil, Mark Hyman, Paul Pitchford, Deepak Chopra and Mehmet Oz. I offer cutting edge information from over 40 dietary theories to meet my client’s bio-individual needs. Our eating often mirrors how we live our lives. We are becoming further disconnected from our family & friends & further disconnected from food due to processed, factory to freezer to microwave to hovering over the steaming box on the counter top; many of us don't touch food anymore! In addition to guiding my clients to heal & strengthen their GI health & immune system for vibrant health in body, I introduce various methods to bring mindfulness to all aspect of their daily living to gain skills to sever barriers that interfere in making life nourishment changes to revitalize for optimal wellness.
