Introduction	Hello, my name is Sandra Rangel I'm a 21 year old Mexican, but raised Texan. I was born in Guanajuato, Mexico and moved to Texas when I was 3 yrs old. One of the reasons I took this class is because it is required that I take it, and the other reason is because I would like to learn more about the politics of this beautiful , big , and weird state, although I'm not very interested in politics i would like to learn a little more about this topic because it's something that effects me directly and indirectly.I am considered a liberal and i would say that this is partly true because i am pro-choice and i do care a great deal about our environment but i am also greatly involved in my church and religious matters. I hope to have a better understanding of the Texas government by the end of this class.
