| Introduction | Ade Ebimomi is an Economist and a foreign direct investment professional. He was at one time the CEO of First Matrix Securities Limited, Lagos, before relocating to the United States of America in the mid-nineties. In the US, he founded and was the President of CFX Mortgage, Inc., based in Houston, Texas. He served in this capacity for about a decade before venturing into FDI consulting. He also conducts finance and investment seminars in the UK and the US. Ade Ebimomi is a commentator on public affairs. His articles appear regularly in several news publications including the Houston Punch, Nigerian Punch and ThisDay newspapers. He is currently researching and collecting materials for his first professional book, 'Foreign Direct Investment: Strategies, Options and Methodologies'.
