Introduction	The National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience (NAYLE) is offered by the Philmont Training Center and based at the Rocky Mountain Scout Camp. The cornerstone of NAYLE is the concept of servant leadership. The sun dial, with it's gnomon or indicator post, is used as an icon to represent time and the impact on others that will come from a life of servant leadership.
