| Introduction | My wife and I have lived in Southern Nevada since 1981 and have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Before semi-retiring in 2000, the financial advisory business I sold to Zions Bank served the State of Nevada and nearly all Cities, Counties, and School Districts in Nevada - including the Clark County School District. I modeled the Clark County School Building financial model which is still in use and assisted CCSD with all of its Bond Elections and Bond Issues. During that time, I worked closely with members of the School Board, past Superintendents (Brian Cram, etc) and Walt Rulffes, the current Superintendent, who at that time was in charge of District finances, and several other very fine and talented District people. |
