| Introduction | I was born in Rhode Island. Attended school, to begin my life & career. I met and married Diane Aceto. The love of my life. |
| Interests | Both of us and our two handsome boys Nicholas, and Daniel still small children back then decided to relocate in 1991 to Southwest Florida. I have been in the construction industry my entire life. But my favorite thing to do is cook. I owe all of my cooking interest to both my grandparents who came here from Naples, Italy. As well as my Mom Elvira who was a fantastic cook They all loved to cook, and eat. plates, and plates of various foods such as meats, and pasta. After High school I attended RISD for a one year construction estimating course. to further my construction knowledge. At the time the USA was fully involved in the Vietnam war I did a six year hitch in the Rhode Island Army National Guard. later I went back to RISD for two years to get a degree in culinary Arts under the direction of the incredibly talented Mr.Al Faulk, Frank Terranova, now a RI celebrity chef, and Tony the silver fox Chiperas. I cooked for a few years around the city , but eventually went back into construction which presented the opportunity for a better family life in terms of home time. I never regret having made that choice. I miss New England more than I ever thought I would, as does Diane. Maybe one day... |
