Introduction	I'm originally from New York but I picked up shop and moved to San Francisco, to the chagrin of my family and the envy of my friends. At one point, I was planning on being a secondary education ELA teacher but scrapped those plans--randomly, some say--to attend law school. In my opinion, there are a number of problems with the education system and I believe that the best way to affect change is on a policy level rather than one student at a time. One day, I hope to work with Educational Law and Policy development, specifically focusing on diversity and assessment. My dream is to explore some of the best educational systems in the world--such as in Norway--and bring their best practices to the United States so that our system can develop out of its current stagnancy. I'm a 1L at a Tier 1 law school and am having the time of my life meeting new people, exploring the city, and combing through these tomes we call casebooks. By the way, did I mention how ridiculously neurotic I am?
