Introduction	Since I've become a stay home mom, I've been attempting to cook more. Would you believe it actually is cheaper than eating out? And more healthy, too! Huh. Who would have thought? (And yes, I am being a bit sarcastic here!) I'm a big fan of cookbooks such as Dinner on a Dime, Quick Cooking, and Rachel Ray, and I love the site allrecipes.com - that's a real lifesaver when you have ingredients but don't know what to make! I'm learning as I go along, though, and I'm learning that pretty much anything I make is going to be rejected by my 3-year-old, who is incredibly picky! Anyway, this blog is pretty much for anyone who wants to know what I've got cooking each day and how it turns out! Enjoy! (And please let me know how things taste if you try the recipe!)
