| Introduction | I began emphasizing preventive medicine in my practice in 1995. This is an in-depth, individualized approach that begins with an exploration of the root causes of the patient’s specific condition. I believe that every individual is unique. My approach focuses on identifying the root cause(s) and understanding the underlying mechanisms of illness for each patient. I work with each patient in a collaborative effort—together we decide how we are going to pursue the investigation, what type of testing we are going to use, and which nutritional supplements, bio-identical hormones, or prescription medications will be utilized to address and resolve the patient’s health issues. |
