| Introduction | I spent my career in the computer industry, in service, system engineering and marketing. I was involved in setting up customer service organizations and provided consulting assistance to many customers in the area of customer service. While most customer service these days falls far short of what was once acceptable, the level of service I encountered when my HP business notebook failed was unquestionably the worst I've ever experienced. Google searches revealed many others having similar problems with HP service, so it seemed appropriate to provide a single place for HP customers to tell their stories. |
