| Introduction | I am a wife of almost 22 years & mother to 3 girls aged 12,14 & 18.I work full time in a non-art related field,but my background and passion has always been in creating art.So I hope you enjoy my little blog where I explore trying to balance nurturing the soul whilst paying the bills!! Even working full time I have always had something happening art & craft wise. But lately there has been a definite longing in my soul to be more creative & to pursue my love of all things handmade.I am definitely happiest at home elbow deep in paint,fabric & paper.As they say "Work pays the bills but kills the spirit". My other passions include cooking,gardening & decorating our home.My girls joke that they have never known what it's like to live in a beige house as ours is a riot of colour. |
