| Introduction | My Nana is the most amazing person you will ever meet. From the tips of her very red hair down to her ten painted toenails, she yields strength. Her most defining qualities are compassion, consideration, and charisma. Hi! It's me, Dorine. After seeing how many people have looked at this profile, I think a word of explanation might be in order. My grand daughter started this blog for me as a gift.She thought this profile would be funny-and she was right! The first time I read it, I couldn't stop laughing. But some of you may be confused, so instead of erasing what she wrote (because I love her for doing it), I thought I'd give you a head's up. I am just a simple wife (of 52 yrs.!), mother of 3 wonderful daughters, mother-in-law to 2 wonderful sons-in-law and grandmother to the world's most amazing 7 children! I love to craft and decorate and obviously talk and I hope you enjoy your visits with me! |

| Favorite books | Angels and Demons Really: I still love "Little Women" and "Secret Garden" but I am addicted to the "cozy" mysteries. Any book that can combine something I love (decorating, cooking, scrapping, wine, tea, etc. with a not gory mystery will have me hooked! |
