| Introduction | I am a 17-year old freshman at the Catholic University of America studying political science with a minor in international affairs. My early political background consists of two-years on the Biddeford School Committee as a student representative, being an active voice on topics ranging from city budgets to policy, graduating from 'A Rising Tide' campaign training, volunteering with Organizing for America and Libby Mitchell for Governor, serving on the Biddeford City Democratic Committee and receiving nomination for National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security. In addition, I have four years of journalism experience. Writing in the sports department for York County's only daily newspaper, Journal Tribune and serving as the Editor-in-Chief of Biddeford High School's award-winning student publication,The Roar. I am living my life for the construction of a global community, the ending of intolerance and ignorance, and the development of a future for all. |
