Introduction	My life is filled with stories from my 65 year old past, with the teachings of the Buddha, family, the ocean, the sounds of the city, my cats, books, good food & wine, art, and music. What I love now in my life is the slowing down of everything with time for deep reflection. So what do I think about? Love, beauty, finding peace and equanimity, connection with my fellow beings, and discovering what is as yet unknown. I think learning and discovery play a large part in my traveling life, and I am grateful for the energy and the brain that help me get to places I dream of seeing... Life is an extraordinary tapestry held together by those essential qualities of heart and mind that the Buddha woke up to 2500 years ago; it is my wish to share some of the pieces of my life tapestry, and engage with those out there who are listening and learning too!
