IntroductionFirstly the name of the blog. Well as you would have guessed I am from India and the one thing that I miss the most about home other than my family and friends are Indian Mangoes, my absolute favourite fruit. Australian mangoes would never taste the same. I think there is something inherently sensuous about mango and it reminds me of all things Indian. The other part of the blog title is Chocolate rightly called the 'food of the Gods'. I don't think life would be the same without chocolate and I would rather die than live another day in a world without chocolate. LOL. Hence the name of the blog is a play of words with 2 of my absolute favourite food items. Well now a time for a brief introduction. I am 27 years old and am studying at a culinary school in Sydney called Le Cordon Bleu. This blog is a collection of recipes I cook at home on a student's budget and a review of place I eat at around Sydney.

Favorite booksI am not much of a book lover but there are times in my life when I have nothing to do and rather than waste time on idle pursuits I pick up a book and start reading. It could be anything from a magazine about fashion, travel, music or computer to books on fictional or non fictional themes. Sometimes the phase fizzes out soon if I don't stumble upon anything interesting and at times it goes on for a while. Some of the book or authors that I have read who have left a mark on me. Milan Kundera, Orhan Pamuk, Rumi's Poetry, Iyanla Vanzant, HH The Dalia Lama, Arundhati Roy, Dan Brown...
