| Introduction | I was born a small child in Raleigh, NC. I graduated from North Carolina State University in 2000 with a degree in business. Upon graduation, at age 22, I moved to Charlotte to work for Wachovia. (large bank in the southeast) After living in Charlotte for 5 years I decided I wanted to backpack the world. So I quit my job in June 2006 and moved back to Raleigh to work at the family biz for 4 months, before departing on my journey in October 2006. My friend Dave and I plan to travel the globe for a year (or as long as our budget lasts). We plan to travel to S. America, Australia/NZ, SE Asia, and Eastern Europe. (these plans are subject to change) This blog is where we plan to chronicle our journey. Stay tuned. |

The first time you had your shoes taken off - how surprised were you to see that you still had toes?
I was wrapping a gift & had paper/tape, but no scissor. The scissor was in the last place I looked. I dropped the scissor sustaining no toe damage.
