| Introduction | I was raised a Catholic from birth, including receiving the sacraments of infant baptism, confession, confirmation and the Eucharist. After the age of 10 I deviated from the Catholic Church for a lack of a necessary feeling to belong in that community of Christ. I wandered into very dark territory with various different sects of paganism only to be brought back to Christian faith by a Baptist girl I was courting at 15. A decade past and I was a fair-weather friend of Christianity. I meet My Wife Kari who required of her husband a devout Christian who would lead her in faith. Awe struck with the idea of leading another in faith I became determined to gain the knowledge that would be required. I was stuck on one simple question. How do I become a good Christian father and a good Christian husband? If you have an answer please enlighten me, because as far as I can tell the only answer is to pursue Christ message whole heatedly and to be vigilant to find an answer to that question. I was re-baptized this time as a renewal of my faith in Christ as my savior and married my wife (not in that order) and we are expecting a wonderful baby boy named is Ethan Michael Henry Hache in January. |
