| Introduction | I grew up in a small Wisconsin town where my adolescent shenanigans left quite an impression. After I graduated I decided to tear into the big city, Green Bay where I lived for 6 years & acquired my business degree, had a long stint as a bar tender & sales women & bookkeeper. After my long going habitual offenses of “I Love Beer and Cheese Scene” it was time to change it up. I headed to CA where I fell in love with sunshine, sand & surfers! Then one day I thought “hmm I would look better laying in the sand under the sun watching surfers if I was super fit!” & it began! I started working out, eating right & going to a boot camp. After going to the boot camp a few times one of the trainers asked me if I wanted to do a Bikini Competition & I either thought A) she needed prescription glasses or B) was suffering from carb depletion. But being flattered & my head swelling 6 sizes I happily accepted! A year later, a new best friend, rigorous exercise, a strict diet & 4 competitions later here I am!!!Thank you for visiting my blog, I hope you love my recipes as much as I do! |
