Introduction	Hi my name is iris , but my grandkids call me Mimi. I am married to a wonderful guy named Roger and we live in beautiful Utah. Together my husband and I have 7 children and 8 grandchildren, who are scattered all over the USA and Canada. I own and operate a business called Mimi's Needle and Thread, sewing is not only a hobby but a passion so I decided to turn my love of sewing into a business sewing for others and making them things they will enjoy using for years to come. I also love to cook and bake and so I will not only show off my sewing , I will teach a few tutorials,as well as share some recipes and my life with you all. I hope you come by and visit from time to time to see what I am up to, what I have whipped up both in my sewing realm and in my kitchen.
