| Interests | I'm into the brain-body-mind connection, total wellness, and the positive psychology movement. I'm an exerciser, a meditator, and I am reluctantly growing into a health nut (my wife certainly leads the pack in this area). I also have a keen interest in the modern man movement, and seeing how far the rabbit hole of human potential goes. |
| Favorite Movies | My default man-answer is Lord of the Rings, Braveheart, and Gladiator. Though I can certainly appreciate a good comedy when I see one. "I love you man, "is a personal favorite. |
| Favorite Music | I'm a big fan of anyone who has raw talent and is not afraid to use it. |
| Favorite Books | I'm a self-development and spirituality junkie. I have enough literature on hand to build a small wing of a library. Yikes. |
