| Introduction | i've wanted to fly since being a kid at Webb Air Force Base in Big Spring, TX. I used to watch the T-38s at the run-up area while I was at a small fishing hole. I (finally) decided to learn when I turned 50 and I received my PPSEL in Feb-2008. I fly out of KJYO (click on the map below to see the area) and am now working on my instrument rating. I squeezed in a tailwheel endorsement (out of KVKX) in the summer of 2009 and it was probably the most fun I have ever had flying (a Citabria). I highly recommend tailwheel flying if you have never done it. |
