| Introduction | Food Plus Beer’s Ryan and Kyle love great food, but they’re certainly not “Foodies.” They love craft beer, but they’re not above slamming a couple PBRs if the mood (or price) is right. They love writing in the third person, but we’re not uncomfortable switching perspectives right in the middle of a sentence. To us, writing about food and beer is less about snobbery and elitism and more about the experience that comes with going out to a good meal or discovering a new favorite brew. Eating and drinking should be fun and exciting. After all, we spend the majority of our weeks droning away in cubicles – life’s too short to whine about bubbles on our pizza crust.
