| Introduction | I just turned 64 but definitely feel in my forties! I have been happily married to my wonderful husband Dave for 18+ years. We have three married children and 5 adorable grandchildren...so far! I dedicate this blog to my children, Memo, Liz & Katelyn along with our grandkids; Kaya, Chloe, Carmen, Abel & Stella! I decided to start this blog because I wanted my family to know the recipes and traditional cooking of our family. I have been known as a good cook and I get many calls from my family asking for recipes so I thought this might be a valuable way to communicate the family recipes, traditions and techniques to them. I hope it is enjoyed. Cooking has become a passion for me, it is how I show my family and friends my love for them as I put myself into each and every dish. I hope this blog is used and enjoyed. |
