I grew up in South Africa, met my husband there, and emigrated to Canada. We've also lived in beautiful, tropical Panama. I've authored 21 cookbooks (5 national best-sellers). Founder of the world's most popular low-carb Facebook page (5 plus years), Low-Carbing Among Friends. I have written for several national and international low-carb and diabetes magazines. Also, EZ-Sweetz Publication, US state-wide distributed Bookazine called "Cut the Carbs", my recipes in cookbooks of other high-profile authors in their time.
