| Introduction | Shortly after I was born the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor. I was educated in California back when California had some of the best schools in the Country. I graduated with my BA and worked first as a wife and mom and then as the second family wage earner. I have two wonderful, caring children and three charming grandchildren. No divorces. No arrests. Just a plain, ordinary, US citizen. I enjoy traveling and have been to a few foriegn contries; mainland China, Greece, Turkey, Morroco, England, Wales, Ireland, Mexico, and Spain. I love to cook and have recently become a big Julia Child's fan. I am very concerned about the direction our Country is taking. I see us moving further and further away from the concepts and ideas that made us one of the most successful nations for over 100 years. I believe that we need to move back to the basics that served us so well for so long. I have decided to dedicate myself toward this end. |
