| Introduction | I am both a dreamer and a do-er. My life has been changed by many things, most recently by COPD, a chronic lung illness. COPD insists that I make adjustments to my life style and quality of life, personal preferences and it demands a great deal of my time such as activities planning. Activites being shopping, cleaning and any other thing that requires breathing. It really, really bites sometimes but can also uplift. That I have COPD is significant, but it does not define me. |
