| Introduction | Un-doing the past- re-making the self,and compensating for a lack of time for self-expression by having a rich and fullfiling mental life. I would happily fill my days drawing-painting-sculpting-inventing, but $ reality rears its ugly head and I stay the course to pay the bills.
