| Introduction | I've been a life long sufferer of depression. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Bipolar II but I can't honestly say I've been on the high end too often. Generally I'm stuck in the trenches. I think a little social phobia is thrown in there somewhere too, as well as acute anxiety.Did I mention that I have OCD too? Anyway, this is my blog, certainly not an upbeat one but is solidly honest in chronicling my life. Who knows maybe someone someday will see himself/herself in my words and know he/she is not alone. |
