Introduction	So I have to explain the name. For those of you who don't know both my son and his dad are named Elmer. Daddy Elmer LOVES sandwiches ( maybe because I haven't yet mastered my cooking skills!) so when I am not making Elmer sandwiches I AM the Elmer Sandwich!!! And I LOVE every minute!
