| Introduction | I'm in my early 30s (never mind, I HATE that phrase...I'm in my 32) and I'm addicted, hooked, obsessed, fanatical and in love with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer 3 Day Walk For The Cure. This year I'll be partaking in THREE 60 mile walks - Boston in July (hello humidity!) , San Francisco in October (hello hills!) and San Diego in November (4th time). By walking 180 miles I'm taking a bold step and sending a loud and clear meesage that I'm committed to fighting for a cure against Breast Cancer. It puts a whole new meaning to the saying "fight like a girl." I've started this blog to not only motivate my team members (our team for the 2010 season is Breast In Show) but to also keep me motivated and focused on my training and fundraising goals. |
