| Introduction | I taught Human Communication as an adjunct instructor at Boise State University for 18 years. I also designed and taught a course on racism. I have worked with students from low income families for over 14 years. I have conducted numerous seminars and teacher in-services in the area of racism, diversity and multiculturalism. The first purpose of this blog is to help motivate and educate both the teachers who teach students from diverse backgrounds. The second purpose for this blog is to share my thoughts and experiences in many other areas of life, such as religion, racism and sports. |
