| Introduction | I've recently graduated from college with a BA in psychology and currently am improving my research skills in the field, as I prepare to enroll in a graduate program. My search for the graduate program that best suits me has led me to the eastern coast of Kenya and now to Uganda, where I will study Chimpanzees, and how a changing environment and habitat degradation may be leading to abnormally high stress levels, which ultimately may be a factor causing higher disease rates and lower reproductive rates among the populations of chimpanzees in this area of Uganda. |
