| Introduction | Hi, I have been a resident of Woodbridge for the past 20 years and am focused on moving this community forward through functional fitness. I am recently separated from Active Duty Army after six years and two deployments to Iraq. I am a graduate of the United States Army Infantry School, Ranger School, Airborne School and many more.
