| Introduction | Pastor Tom is from Waterford living in Cork since 1991. Married to Samantha and has four daughters. Pastor Tom grew up in an alcoholic home that affected his outlook on life. With classic dyslexia his education was minimal. He felt rejected by the world and began a life of theft and drugs. By the age of 11 he was taken hallucinogens and was filled with bitterness, hatred, depression and despair. Encountering Jesus Christ in such a living way radically changed his view on God, life and himself. The love of God the Father became real, faith to be transformed and hope for the future shone like a beacon. Bitterness became peace, hatred became forgiveness, depression became joy and despair became hope. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, complied by compassion he shared his testimony of God’s goodness and the truth of scriptures. Acknowledging limitations and faults, Pastor Tom marvels at the move of God the Father’s gentle, yet powerful transforming Spirit, as he declares the good news of Jesus Christ as Saviour, Healer, baptiszer in the Spirit and the soon coming King of Heaven. The ministry is mainly carried out through Good News Christian Church and Foursquare Ireland. |
