| Introduction | Engineer, Director, Mother, World Traveller and Digital Influencer, Mica Cataletto affects positive change as a woman of color in technology and leadership positions. Starting off her career as an Electrical Engineer, she logged years of successful projects in North and Latin America. In August 2011, Mica founded Latina Career Speak to give a voice to Latinas and all women of color. Today, Mica continues to chronicle her travels, accomplishments and reach out to the women and mothers who are proving that we can have it all. She also launched TravelKids2 to empower mothers to travel with their children and connect with the international community. Mica's goal is to encourage, educate, and inspire all women across the globe through her professional stories, motivational tips, trade trends, and more. She ihopes to be one of many successful Latinas influencers on the web, because now is our time and the best is yet to come.
