Introduction	I am a stay at home mom of three kids, ages 9, 8 and 4. Girl, boy, girl. I have degrees in Psychology, Journalim and English. I am a former middle school Language Arts and Journalism (yearbook) teacher who now writes freelance. I have a husband who works and travels a lot. I have three cats--not by choice. It just ended up that way. I started writing when I was just a kid, and have always kept a diary--that is, until the kids came along, life got busy, and I would fall asleep before my previously regular writing time of 9pm or so.
Interests	My kids, my husband, my friends, tennis, the Junior League, decorating, food, wine (lots of wine), reading, writing, and reality tv.
Favorite movies	Shag, Steel Magnolias, Old School, Wedding Crashers and anything funny and mindless.
Favorite music	Love all kinds. Favorite artists are Elton John, Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys...I am just going on what's loaded in my I Pod right now.
Favorite books	This almost always changes, but here are some favorites right now: Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, Lisa See, Mademoiselle Boleyn, Robin Maxwell, A Thousand Splendid Suns, Khaled Hosseini, Pride & Prejudice, Jane Austen, The Guy Not Taken, Jennifer Weiner, and Anything by Phillippia Gregory
