| Introduction | The Untakens were founded officially on May 2008, by Angélique Calypso and her previous acolyte Manifausto. However the concept of The Team itself was built by Angélique herself in 2001 upon her novel concept. The Untakens took part in several direct actions, demonstrations, forum, and at one point even on a radio show; L’Avis D’Urbains, broadcast on CHOQ Fm (Université Du Québec À Montreal). Last September, The Untakens split and the activities are reduced to the blog only, but we are now ready to come back in force. Us, The Untakens, believe in: freedom (intellectual freedom, freedom of speech), integrity, justice, respect of human rights, none violent actions, arts, peace, parity of sexes, races, cultures, believes, education.
