Introduction	I haven't always been a believer in natural healing. I have actually doubted it's validity in the past. I have struggled with some minor health issues recently that have made me take a second look at all things natural and I would say I have almost done a complete turn around from my views of traditional medicine and pharmaceutical remedies.Here in this blog I will attempt to share my new found information and hopefully it can put all of us on a new road to wellness.
