| Introduction | I am living in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley with the love of my life, our dog and a few chickens. I am trying to get back to some of the old ways of living off the land which I remember growing up as a kid. Like growing a veggie garden ,canning what we grew and what we could gather from fruits to wild berries. I have been relearning so much and a few new things along the way. Some things have been easy to do and others I've had to work hard at learning. I am hoping to past some of what I learn on to our grand-kids, family, and new friends I make along the way. |
