About me

Introduction No two people think in exactly the same way. Not surprisingly then, I don't think quite like you. You could say that we might be compared to snowflakes in this respect, but I'd rather you didn't do that. I find it hard to believe that no two flakes in ALL of history were not - in the case of at least ONE pair - identical in every way. To me, it doesn't make sense. Just how many unique ways can water molecules crystallize? Have you seen Antarctica? Perhaps you are one of the many who believe that there never was - and never will be - a Gemini of flakes. Perhaps it makes sense in your world. To you who feel this way, I can understand your belief. The fact is that neither of us will ever know because we don't have the time in our lives to compare every flake. Even if we did, uncountable others have melted and been lost to history. The answer to such a question is unknowable. Neither of us can prove it, so we trust what we believe; what makes sense to us. No matter how strong our feelings, no argument can ever end in agreement. And so, whichever side of the snow-fence you may find yourself, I hope you enjoy what you find here - despite any difference we may have.
