| Introduction | We started this blog to host our virtual cooking club. Trying new recipes out of our tastebud's comfort zone will introduce us to new flavors, pairings, even new foods we thought we wouldn't like but actually love. We will also teach eachother new techniques or tricks. Making a new recipe with friends makes a complicated dish less intimidating. This forum is also a place that will allows me to put my collection of more than 300 cookbooks to good use. Cook along and look forward to reading how the recipe turned out for you.
