| Introduction | I draw and paint because for me it is not enough to simply see the beauty surrounding me, I must become part of it. My subject matter is created within the abstract realm, the fragmentary passages that reside in every day happenings, and the in-between spaces of our lives that we see but often do not notice. For me, my paintings are about my passion of seeing life in a different way; of being cognizant of the spiritual world around me and pursuing the magic within the paint, my brush, the subject, and the canvas. |
