| Introduction | Glenn has been training and teaching the art of Shotokan Karate since 1967. He was based in Ft. Lauderdale from 1967 to 1981 and has been in Ocala since 1981. He is a 6th Degree Black Belt and is currently head instructor of Central Florida Shotokan Karate Assoication. Since then he has become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Fitness. |
